SFGate.com - Kevin Reed, the founder of San Francisco’s The Green Cross, a dispensary that’s been operating as either a delivery service or a retail store in the city since 2004, said he’s been selling CBN products since 2016, but it was only recently that the public caught on.

“We’ve seen demand for CBN-focused products skyrocket over the last year as more consumers move beyond just chasing high THC and start exploring wellness-driven cannabis options,” Reed said in an email to SFGATE.

​Texas Senate passes bill to expand medical marijuana program with new qualifying conditions and dispensary licenses

MarijuanaMoment.net - The Texas Senate has approved a House-passed bill to expand the state’s medical marijuana program, with amendments, including to restore the addition of chronic pain as a qualifying condition for cannabis after the key provision was stripped out at the legislation’s last committee stop.

The measure from Rep. Cody Harris (R) advanced through the Senate on Tuesday. Because it was amended, it will need to return to the House of Representatives for concurrence before potentially being sent to the governor’s desk. Read more »

​State senator announces plan to propose new cannabis legalization legislation

FOX43.com - A Pennsylvania lawmaker on Wednesday announced plans to introduce new legislation to legalize adult-use cannabis in the commonwealth after a legalization bill approved by the State House failed to make it out of committee in the State Senate.

State Sen. Marty Flynn, a Democrat representing portions of Luzerne and Lackawanna counties, announced the forthcoming legislation last week.
