Dear Green Cross Members, Friends & Family,
We regret to inform you The Green Cross has made the difficult decision to close our doors and temporarily discontinue services until further notice, effective at 3 PM today. Mayor Breed is expected to announce a "shelter in place" order for all residents of San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Marin, Contra Costa and Alameda counties at 1 PM today. The order will go into effect at midnight tonight from now until April 7. This order is made an effort to impede the spread of COVID-19 in our Bay Area communities. For more information on the order, please view the San Francisco Chronicle article outlining the newly announced restrictions here. We are still unclear whether The Green Cross will be allowed to remain open during this time and provide medicine to our valued members. If we are able to open our doors again, we will continue to communicate via email to our valued members. Please continue to stay home, practice social distancing, and take all necessary precautions during these challenging and unprecedented times. We take the health and safety of our members and community very seriously, and while we're disappointed to temporarily close, we will be back bigger and stronger than ever as soon as we can. Thank you in advance for understanding. Be kind to one another - we'll all get through this together. One love! Warm Regards, Kevin Reed Founder & President The Green Cross Comments are closed.
